These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fq77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the platform user ("you", "user"). By accessing or using the platform through the fq77 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you agree to comply with these Terms.

fq77 is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. All services provided on the platform are secured with SSL encryption.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not understand any part of the Terms, please contact the platform's support team.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the fq77 platform. Access, registration, or any form of betting by minors is strictly prohibited.

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, fq77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit the balances.

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any false or misleading information is provided, fq77 reserves the right to close the account. Please notify our support team immediately if any of your information changes.

fq77 may request KYC documents to verify account ownership at any time, which may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of your registered mobile number
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are directly responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify our support team immediately. fq77 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access by a third party.

Sharing account details with third parties, or transferring or selling an account, is strictly prohibited. Account funds may not be withdrawn to a payment method registered in a third party's name.

The following methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on fq77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). No other methods are accepted.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. fq77 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if identity verification or suspicious activity is suspected.

It is recommended that the payment method used for deposits and the payment method used for withdrawals be the same. Additional verification may apply when withdrawing to a different method.

fq77 strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to decline processing suspicious transactions or to cooperate with any related investigations.

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in betting must be completed before withdrawal.

• Each user may claim each bonus offer a maximum of one time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If betting is not started after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled after a specified period.
• fq77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The fq77 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, up to 1.1% for Gold, and up to 1.5% for Platinum. Promotion to a higher tier depends on the user's continued platform activity and engagement.

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the system automatically cancels it due to a technical error. Bets placed due to user error (wrong amount or selection) will not be refunded.

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with fq77's prevailing rules. Odds displayed in the betting market may change at any time; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

Gaming outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a dispute over casino game results, fq77's game server logs will be considered the final evidence.

In the case of bets placed during a technical issue or server outage, fq77 reserves the right to void or adjust those bets as it deems appropriate.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fq77 platform:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage in violation of bonus terms
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts on a single event to guarantee an outcome
• Creating accounts fraudulently or forging an identity
• Using software or bots to automatically play games or place bets
• Attempting to hack, introduce malware, or carry out any other cyberattack on the platform
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting platform glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, fq77 may immediately close the associated account and forfeit the balance. If necessary, relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities.

If any provision of these Terms is violated, fq77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

You may close your account at any time by requesting it through our support team. Before closing, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance may be withdrawn.

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for an extended period. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts. Contact the support team for details.

fq77 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that betting is a form of entertainment, never a source of income. Never bet more than you can afford.

Users may apply the following restrictions through the support team:

• Setting daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits
• Setting betting limits
• Self-exclusion for a specified period
• Temporary account pause
